Berkeley Prep batted around and hung an insurmountable eight-spot on Hillsborough in the third inning as the Buccaneers got a two-run double from Cade Kurland to kick things off, an RBI double from Roman Samson, and RBI singles from Ryan Leavy, Tucker Fine and Johnathan Bruno in the inning. Bruno finished with three hits in the game and John Dooley earned the win on the mound with three scoreless innings.

Sickles went home on Thursday night trailing Middleton by a run after one inning of play in a weather postponed game, and returning on Friday had to claw its way to a one-run victory as Jose Monroy pitched a two-day, seven-inning complete game for the Tigers holding the No. 1 ranked Gryphons to just three runs. Kohl Robertson came through for Sickles on Friday, tying the game with an RBI single and driving in the eventual decider with a sac fly in the fifth. Gryphons senior Justin Turk doubled in Danny Bernstein (double, two runs) in the first inning. Alex Trepper did a good job on the mound for the Gryphons tossing all six innings on Friday, allowing just three hits and striking out seven. Trequan Davis drove in both runs for Middleton in the first inning on Thursday.

Sophomore Renzo Gonzalez pitched four shutout inning for Alonso allowing just one hit, before Haile Daley, Jason Englert and Sehjin Daley each added a hitless inning as the four combined for the shutout at Robinson on Friday night. Senior Andrew Lara's RBI single in the third proved the difference for the Ravens. Seniors Michael Swanson and Isaiah Tosado pitched very well for the Knights, but Swanson took the tough loss on the mound, working three innings, allowing one run on three hits and Tosado tossed four shutout innings.

Venice 2 - eight innings

Jesuit junior Jonathan Shoop singled in the eighth inning, stole second, moved to third on a groundball and then charged home to score the winning run as Bradke Lohry caused the distraction, getting himself in a pickle between first and second as the Tigers topped Florida's No. 6-ranked (by MaxPreps) team Venice in extras. Bennett Lee was 3-for-3 in the game, hitting his 12th double of the season and Ryan Skelly tossed two scoreless innings of relief to earn the win.

Senior Franklyn Hernandez picked up his fifth win of the season on the mound as the Falcons topped TBT on a game that stretched across two days due to lightning. Senior Bryan Perez doubled and hit his third home run of the season, driving in three in the game, freshman Coltin Pizzio was 2-for-4 with a pair of triples, and senior Christian Suarez - Leto's ace pitcher, stepped in as designated hitter and went 1-for-3 with an RBI in the win.

Spoto 0 - six innings

Plant City senior Grant Gifford finishes the season batting 1.000 after going 2-for-2 with a double, two RBI and a run scored as the Raiders claimed a six-inning win over Spoto. Gifford, a pitcher committed to Polk State, also worked five innings on the mound, allowing just two hits and striking out five to pick up his sixth win on the year.
