Sickles won out in a battle between our No. 1 and No. 2 ranked teams after week five. Nick Duran doubled to lead off the third and Chase Centala drove him home for the deciding run. From there, Centala went to work on the mound, striking out five in six innings to earn his fourth win. He also added another RBI single and a double to his three-hit night. Dylan Eskew doubled and drove in two, while Justin Turk also had a double and scored three times.

For Brooks DeBartolo, Jace Hoffman was 2-for-3, with a double and RBI.

Berkeley Prep held off a late charge by CCC to claim a district win on the road. Cade Kurland started the scoring off for the Buccaneers with an RBI double in the third, while Gunnett Carlson had an RBI triple, and Jakob Hines drove in the deciding fourth run in the top of the seventh. Ian Brown tossed six innings for the Bucs, allowing just one run, and striking out four and John Dooley came on in relief in the seventh to record the final two outs and pick up the save. PJ Stoyan had an RBI double and an RBI single for the Marauders in defeat.
