Strawberry Crest scored a sixth inning run, as sophomore Christian Bolt stole three bases in the game and crossed for the deciding run. Benny Pues was 1-for-3 with an RBI, and Brent May pitched two shutout innings to earn the win in relief.

Alonso 8, Palm Harbor 7 - eight innings

Alonso won a see-saw game against Palm Harbor as Drew Lara doubled in Renzo Gonzalez in the top half of the eighth and Gonzalez shut the door on the mound with a 1-2-3 inning to earn his second save of the year. Gonzalez went 2-for-3 in the win with a home run and three runs scored. For Palm Harbor, Hunter Mink hit a homer and a double, driving in three, while also striking out seven on the mound in a no-decision.

Leto battled back from a five-run deficit in the first inning to defeat Gaither in a district game, evening the season series with the Cowboys. Damien Breton picked up his third hit of the night and third RBI in the Falcons three-run seventh inning. Javy Hernandez also had a three-hit night and earned the win in relief, pitching two no-hit innings. Jose Santos drove in a pair and Isiah Gonzalez scored three times in the win. For Gaither, Ezio Duque had a pair of doubles and drove in three runs.

Hillsborough jumped out to a four-run lead in the third led by a Kyle Bincarousky two-run double and the Terriers cruised to a district win at home. Juan Jamie-Nunez also drove in a pair, and Trevor Jones went 2-for-3 with a run scored in the win. Skyler Netolicky earned the win working five innings, allowing just one run and striking out four.

Berkeley Prep junior Trey Hinchliffe earned his fourth win of the season on the mound and also added an RBI single as the Buccaneers claimed a one-run win over Seminole. Hinchliffe struck out five, allowing just one run in 5 2/3 innings on the mound. Will Parkinson finished the game off allowing no hits the rest of the way and striking out a pair.

PJ Stoyan tossed four shutout innings to earn a win, and John Donhal picked up a three-inning save.

Yazael Nunez picked up his third win of the year with eight strikeouts, as the Longhorns pounded out an early win over district opponent Braden River. The Longhorns got a 3-for-4 night from Levi Montero, who had a pair of doubles and four RBI, while Adrian Munoz was 3-for-4 with two RBI and Hayden Hensley had a pair of hits and two RBI in the win. Lennard wraps up the top seed in next month's Class 7A-District 9 tournament, improving to 6-0 in district play.

Sickles 11, Plant 0 

Sickles may have been stripped of three district wins due to an ineligible player, but on the field the Gryphons aren't missing a beat. They clobbered Plant 11-0 behind a 4-for-4, double, homer, four RBI night from senior Dylan Eskew. Sophomore Holden Wade limited the Panthers to just three hits in six shutout innings, striking out five to earn the win. Trey Bacon, who pitched a perfect seventh with three strikeouts, also had a pair of hits and scored twice, Derek Shaw (three runs, RBI) and Nick Duran (two runs, RBI) each had a pair of hits in the win.

Tyler Misla was solid in response for the Sharks, working 5 2/3 innings on the mound giving up just one run on four hits with five strikeouts.

In a ridiculous stat, Tigers junior Bennett Lee triple for the third straight game, now with five total triples in that span, finishing with a pair of hits and an RBI for Jesuit in a win over district opponent Spoto. Jack Morony also tripled, scored three times and had a pair of RBI, Ethan Valdez drove in two, and BJ Graham, Brandon Incardona and Jonathan Shoop each scored two runs for Jesuit. Pedro Moronta hit a three-run double for the Spartans in the second.

Eleven Steinbrenner hitters recorded a hit, with Eddie Rull, Donovan Garcia and Mikey Mullins each driving in a pair. Ryan Andrews earned the win on the mound striking out five, allowing three runs in three innings of work, and RJ Parker finished the final two innings with three strikeouts.
