Wharton sophomore Zach Ehrhard breaks out of the box after slapping this leadoff triple in the first inning of the Wildcats big district win over Strawberry Crest. Ehrhard would finish with three runs scored and an RBI in the win.

Steinbrenner 6, Plant 5

Steinbrenner's Mikey Mullins popped a walk-off home run to left field to lead Steinbrenner to a big district win over Plant. The homer was the first of the year for Mullins, who also had an RBI double in the win. Tommy Malouf had a double and two RBI for the Warriors in the win, and Brayden Heidel pitched three shutout innings of relief to earn the win. For Plant, Jac Caglionone was 3-for-4, with a home run and two RBI and Sam Nation had a pair of hits, an RBI and a run scored.

Griffin Ravo claimed the win two shutout innings of relief.
